Hi, I am not being able to access my O2 from MyO2 app. Can you please help me to access it?

Have you tried to access it using a browser instead of the app, @Muzaffar? Sometimes the app gets itself into a knot, and uninstall and reinstall can help, if the browser lets you access it online: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If both methods are, or the app remains, broken, a call to CS on 4445 or reach out to O2 via Social Media, links just below this post, should get you sorted. Good luck.
