How to switch to classic pay as you go

Hello,

 

I very rarely use my phone and thus have no need for a contract or a rolling pay as you go. 

 

How can I switch to a classic pay as you go and only top up when i have used my calls / data?

Not an option with O2 any longer.

Look at giffgaff or 1pMobile for a basic PAYG tariff.
