How to stop service notifications..?

I've spoken to four different advisors now in o2 customer service, and while balance notifications have been stopped, they cannot stop my data usage notifications, nor can I see any option within my iPhone settings to prevent them.

Service Message

This is an example of what I'm currently waking up to in the morning, which may have lit up my screen since the early hours and depleted my battery significantly, or drained it completely - the screens remains lit until I hit dismiss.

Does anybody have any experience of how to stop this?

Many thanks for any guidance you can offer.

@TakeTheHighRoad

Probably not possible to stop unless you change tarif.

If not on already, the classic 321 tariff mayy suit you ?

I’m no further forward.

Customer services have told me they cannot be stopped, and when escalated to a level two advisor, they instructed me to reset my network settings.

Banging my head against a brick wall.

They can’t be stopped on the old web daily tariffs.
