When you say change your number do you mean just getting a replacement number or bringing in a number from another network.
If the former contact O2 on 4445 or

Thank you so much for your response. I have got a new 02 payasyougo sim that come with it's own number, I want to keep the old sim in my phone but if possible replace the new sims number with old number. Is that possible? X

You just need to ask for a number migration, but I have to ask why you are changing to a different sim?
Tariffs can be changed easily in your MyO2 or by contacting O2 without the need for a different sim.
