How to change an existing o2 pay as you go number to a new o2 pay as you go sim

I have just bought a new phone and I have an old styled o2 pay as you go sim which doesn't fit the new phone's nano sim port. I have bought a new o2 pay as you go sim which has the nano sized sim but I want to keep my old number and rewards. How do I move my old number onto the new sim, both sims in question are on pay as you go.
