How to activate my replacement SIM card and how to get transfer my old number on it? Thanks a lot

You just top up a PAYG sim to activate it Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

If you have your old sim you can do a sim swap yourself Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

If not, call 4445 once you have activated the new sim.
