I am trying to either speak to an actual person or chat message customer services but it seems impossible!
Keeps sending me around in circles.
Can a customer service person make contact with me?

Have you tried calling 4445 as that is the number for customer services for pay as you go users.
You can try browsing the o2 shop and you will normally see a pop up asking to chat.
Alternatively I can mention the community advisors to see if they can help - @O2Lisa @O2Ryan can you assist?
