I have 2 phones with 02, one pay and go and one pay monthly

I submitted a request to have both of them unlocked and wondered how much longer it will take as it has been a couple of days now

I already have the PAC for them so I can keep my numbers when going to another provider

Also will the PAC change once they have been unlocked

PAC won't change but will expire after 30 days.
@EmilieT will need to help with the unlocking as there are problems currently.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Hi @Mundo, I'd happily get someone to check this for you and see how we can help further, so I just sent you a Private Message on the forum to get a bit more info first slight_smile

Thanks @MI5 for the mention thumbsup

Had a chat with o2 and they asked me to request another code, but the link they gave me says it has a problem after I have entered all my details

The real concern is if the code/incorrect code has been entered too many times in which case the phone could now be hardlocked.
