How do I get to speak ... verbally with mouth! ... to anyone at O2

It's a nightmare finding someone to talk to. I need to change the contact security number for my account. O2 currently have the number of a phone I had years ago, that was stolen. To which they send my security token.  The last time I accessed my account details, ages ago, I didn’t need a security token so would never have thought it necessary.  It’s a catch-22.  I cannot access my account without a token, which they send to a phone I no longer own.  Brilliant!  Very British.  Almost a governmental deparment joke.  May have to dump this phone when money runs out and start with a new operator like Tesco!

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
