Hello,

A few years back I purchased an LG Joy smartphone. It came with a PAYG sim topped up with £10 on it. I purchased it on ebay from a private seller.

Recently, I've found a new use for the old phone and I'd like to revive it but I'm no longer with O2 and my old O2 number is no longer active. Is this possible?

How should I go about this?

I'm quite dumb with technology, appologies sweat_smile

Hi, thanks for the reply

So I went on to fill out the form since I'm no longer using the phone.

And the form asks what tariff I'm on and for my number.

Is this the tariff the phone was on?

And the number, is that my current number or is it the number I had with O2 before I made the switch?

Many thanks slight_smile

Try all the original details from before but if it fails, you'll need to get a new payg sim as described in the help.
