My Father is 84 and lives away and is struggling to top up his pay as you go O2 account. Is there any way I can do this remotely for him?

If you know his number then you can do it by calling 4444 and following all the prompts.
You can also do it by voucher.
All ways are in this guide Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Hi Steven,
You can top up online on My O2 but it would mean having access to your fathers phone.
You do also have the option of voucher but it would mean your father would need to apply it.
You can also do it over the phone as @Cleoriff has explained. If you have an O2 Phone ring 4444, or follow the link for the landline number.
Alternatively you can visit an O2 Store and top up the phone by just giving your fathers phone number and it will be applied to the number.
If you do visit the store, ask for a etop up card and when your with your father next you can set it up and in the future you can top him up in most super markets and newsagents.
I hope that helps.

All ways to top up are in the guide given above @O2Karl
I used to top up my sons phone for him when out of work and as I wrote the guide I think all the info needed is in there. Buying a voucher simply means reading the numbers out to him.
Topping up using @Steven4 's card simply means he needs to register it online!

It was initially one guide combined with this Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans)
However, it was massive so I split it in 2018...and lost all the kudoes I had with it
