I top up my iphone very rarely (eg £20 top up in April and didn’t have to top up again until August) but this month I topped up £20 on 9 Oct and this had virtually run out by 20 Oct. As far as I know I haven’t changed my usage or added many apps. How can I tell what caused the credit to run down so quickly, so I can put a stop to it?

@CPJ

The most likely is data use.

Ensure you have mobile data turnbed off in settings unless you need to use it.

The only way to check for sure is to ask O2.

You can call on 4445.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
