Hi,
I need to download a copy of my bill with my address on it, but I could not find where to do it. I am on pay as you go Rolling plan.
I simply do not have an option to download it from anywhere.
I have called to support 4445 2 times but they just hung up on me twice.
Can someone help me, please?

There are no bills on PAYG so you can't download one unfortunately.
If you need proof of address you need to contact O2 on 4445.

I did contact O2 on 4445 3 times, I waited in total 45 minutes for them to answer and all of the three times they hung up on me. Only after that I created this topic.

Message them on social media and they should get back to you inside 24 hours.
