How I can use the money from balance

As I can see now I am not able to choose the pay as you go if I already have a SIM. I gained money from the rewards and now I don't know how can use the money from balance. On pay monthly needs to be a card payment. Any help please.

Thanks but the rewards was transferred into my balance and from there I can't spend it anywhere.

If it is in your balance then it can only be used as credit.
