Why is every person foreign, they can't understand us and we cant understand them, what is wrong with English spoken people dealing with people who speak and understand the language, it takes forever to get anywhere so bloody angry

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The customer service is SHOCKING. It takes forever to be understood, pass security clearance and then just when you think you have accomplished something, you find out the next day that they haven't done anything you asked for and you have to start all over again. It's maddening. I've had a bolt on added to my bill that I didn't ask for and despite being told I could pay my bill late due to a problem with my wages being messed up, today they are threatening to cut me off. I want to leave!
