Hi folks, I am having trouble again

My phone won’t con to another number, I get the I’m sry the number u r calling is not in use,
It’s my mother’s number and seems to only happen with her.
She has begun to say it’s my phone an she called and got the same message. My phone is always topped up.
Anyone any ideas? My mum doesn’t see eye to eye with me so I’ve came to the conclusion it’s something being done on her end.

If no faults showing here O2 Service Status I'd go in store to get a free sim swap.

If that doesn't change anything, I'd say the issue was somewhere else wink

That sounds like a problem with the number you are dialing @Baz2

Do you know if your mum has ported her number over to another network from the original network..
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
