Lost all network coverage without any reason last night I’ve tried every option from 02 staff and self help information I’ve read up on...
Don’t understand how it can be an issue with no problems and then completely useless, many thanks 🥴

@LoopyLou2301 help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088

It could be a sim failure so any O2 store will replace for free.

Check network too http://status.o2.co.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @LoopyLou2301, sorry to hear you had issues connecting to the network earlier. Have things improved  since you last posted or are you still experiencing this?
