Help **spoof** urgent

Bit of a long one ,have an 02 pay and go phone not topped up in a few months so outgoing calls etc banned ,phone won't accept incoming either ,last night my family started receiving calls from my number with threats against them ,contacted police who said to contact 02.02 said they keep no records so can't trace it and as number is inactive it's not possible ,but it is and I have the call log from family's phone to prove it and recording of conversation ,can anyone shed any light as to how this is happening pls .extra info is ex is harassing me and it was ex that bought and set up sim for me and it was ex on recording shouting the threats ,so how are they using my inactive number to do this please ? So is the sim in her name? Maybe she had ordered a replacement and reactivated it again? 

If it is her name then customer service won't give you any information on this. You could get the number blocked by your parents provider bit as you have the recordings perhaps you should get the police involved. It is a criminal offence.

No idea but o2 need to do more to help you.
Call again and demand the issue is escalated and call the police to report it too.

@Beckka Keep calling O2 and definitely call the police. Making threats over the phone is illegal. If the caller knows the police are involved, I'm sure the calls will stop.
