I have moved back to pay as you go from contract yesterday and I have tryed loging to the my o2 app and then it said that my o2 is not available but I thought if my o2 was not available then now I login to my o2 on o2s website?

Delete the app and reinstall it.

The my o2 app is working fine but the o2 community mobile site is not working because when I press the o2 community in support part of the my o2 app a Errer message comes up.
