Good morning
I need your help
My name is Narcis Weber and I have a mobile phone number [edited]. Yesterday I loaded my phone with a £25 voucher and added credit to my SIM card.
I added it to a casino site and won a sum
and when I gave to withdraw money on my bank card, he asked me for proof to confirm via live chat or an invoice/sheet/receipt proof that I, Narcis Veber, am the legal owner of the mentioned phone number
Can you help me please
that's the only way I can withdraw the amount won

You need to contact O2.

I need to chat live with Pay Go to be able to receive a proof that the number 07****** is my number and that I own this number

You can ask for a Proof of Usage from O2 via Social Media below - once they have collected your phone and address/account details via a private message channel, it takes about a day during the week for them to e-mail the requisite document to you, @NarcisVeber - good luck!
