Hello Ido not another choice because I am abroad and my sim card stoped working at all... No outgoing and incoming calls  I can not call customer service. I have enough money in my balance but can not resolve the problem. Is causes me a lot of troubles and I do not know what to do. Has it happened to anyone please help ....
