Hi am waiting to top up but haven't recieved text saying i will get extra credit for december's outage.

@ste064 all affected accounts will automatically get the 10% extra credit when you top up. The system will automatically detect if your number was affected by the issue.

I also haven't received anything how are supposed to recieve thisnif we a re pay monthly do we get money off our next bill(which should have been January's bill)

Sorry about the spelling mistakes. We should recieve the reinburment of this months bill due to the bad signal.outage in December 2018 by 02

@Shah The reimbursement amount is a pittance. It will get to you at some point, but I wouldn't get concerned.

Mine came on the january bill but it appears some got it on the December bill. It is marked on your bill as an outage payment for 6th December so it's easy to spot.
