Has my SIM been deactivated?

I currently live in Canada, and have a local SIM for my day-to-day needs. I recently tried putting my O2 SIM back into my phone to log into My O2 (it was asking me for to enter a six digit code sent to my UK number), only my SIM won't connect to a network.

I tried making a call to check the status of my SIM, but this failed.

What should I do? Without an active SIM I am unable to log into My O2 to check the status of my account.

O2 will disconnect the SIM after 6 months of inactivity.

Try live chat to see if they can reconnect you.

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or browse the shop pages.

They open at 8.00am UK time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
