Hi

I'd like to activate HD Calling on my Samsung A71. How do I do this?

You need to contact O2 to turn on wifi and 4g calling on your account.

You then need to enable it in your MyO2 and reboot your phone to get the updated settings menu.

HD Calling where available will come on automatically on the device, as it was rolled out by o2 in 2015ish..

WiFi Calling is not available on PAYG.
