I paid 15£ for pay as you go. therefore 02 sent me message for the gift 5GB Data for I top up the my line. But it still hasn’t given the gift data. Please can you check this situation?

Hi Osman,

Typically any gifted data is an allowance outside of your package so you won't necessarily see it added to the account, but you should've received a text to confirm after your top-up if you were entitled to it.

However, I'll tag @O2Lisa and @O2Georgina and they will be happy to look into this for you.
