Getting a new sim

My mum has a ‎Alcatel Pixi 4 and has not been out due to COVID so has had no need of her mobile.

It seems to have expired as it has not been used for so long, so I would like to get a new PAYG sim for her.

Even in "normal" times she would only use her mobile very rarely so would top up with £10 every 3-4 months.  I have looked at new O2 PAYG sims but they appear to want you to top up each month which would be of no use to her situation.

She is not very tech savvy and has managed to just about get to grips with making and receiving calls, so a new phone is not an option.

How do I get a new PAYG sim for her (the O2 site is no help)?

Andy

Try calling O2 to see if they can reinstate her original sim card.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
