Stuck in Indonesia throughout Covid, I was advised by O2 to top up pay as you go every 6 months to keep my number active. Did fine until I had Covid and forgot. Now I've remembered and want to top up before I finally get to UK in June but I am told my number doesn't exist any more. Help! How can I get it back?
