This is not O2 you are speaking to but a customer community. You need to contact Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus. The best time to ring is between 8-8:30am, to avoid a long wait on the phone.

It's usually a virtual credit that is used before your own credit or allowances, but customer services will confirm.
