If O2 aren't selling it on PAYG, you'll need to buy one SIM free from elsewhere, such as Amazon or direct from Samsung etc....

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You can't. It's only available on contract. HERE

To use it as PAYG you would need to buy sim free from somewhere like

Samsung or Argos (where they do monthly payment plans)

Or Mobile phones direct.
