I have transferred my Pay Monthly phone number to a Pay As You Go sim but I cannot make or receive calls / texts. 4G roaming seems to be working. It's been 2 weeks now and O2 support just hangs up when they are "trying to help me". I am getting really frustrated because the number haven't been working for over 2 weeks now, and I need it because I am expecting phone calls from the NHS.
