Hello, I'm living in Bhutan for one year so I would like to freeze my contract (but keep my number for when I return).
Can you please switch my payment method so that my money stops going out every month?
Thank you,
Elena

This is not O2 but a community of customers.
O2 only freeze contracts for service personnel on active duty.
You will either need to keep paying or pay off your contract and PAC your number our to a PAYG SIM. That will not be easy in your situation

Are you already on PAYG @ElenaNeri ; presumably on a rolling plan ? You have posted on the PAYG board.
If so, O2 do not do Classic PAYG anymore. Hence, I cannot think of any alternative to you porting your number to an operator that does :-

In order to do this, you will need to obtain a PAC code from O2 :-
