Can someone please help me.
I have made a big mistake of joining O2 as pay as you do customer. Bought a 10 points bundle hoping to get 15 GB but only getting 3 GB. Was hoping to get 10 pounds extra credit as promised for activating new sim Not getting that either.
You suggested speaking to a customer service advisor but that is not possible as pay as you go customer team is OFF till next week.
Just to make things worse I can not leave either as I am texting PAC on 65075 and getting a reply that my request cannot be processed. Now I am regretting why I left Vodafone as they are still able to offer web chat and everything else in the middle of this pandemic
