I was sent an offer text asking me to download the 02 App and I'd receive free £5 credited to my phone balance. I've done this. How long will it take to appear on my phone? Tia

Once you have signed in to the app, you should see it within 24 hours.

Free credit can sometimes be a virtual allowance which means it will not show on your credit but you will notice your credit does not change while the virtual allowance is on the account.

24 to 48 hours and it will show as physical credit when applied.
