The credit is automatically applied when you register for your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Now that I can't top up at a cashpoint, created an account and have now received £5 bonus credit. Time limited no doubt and only available for calls and texts.  I'm just a pay as you go customer. Thank you for explaining this, couldn't find 'bonus credit' in the help section.
