Have received new sim which says to text free10 to 21500 but not delivering

Have you topped up your phone at all before sending the text message. 

 

I would also recommend waiting 24 hours for the number to be seen on o2's systems. 


If it still doesnt work, then reach out to Customer Services on 4445
