Free £10 credit. It looks like the offer isn’t for me?

Hello just registered and topped up my new O2 sim and text 21500 "FREE10" and received a text saying the offer isn’t for me?

I’ve still got the o2 packaging what says I’ll receive £10 and the O2 website still states the offer is available.

Can anyone help me?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
