Fraud

Phone number 0870 2410202 set up an 02 pay and go account and took £30 from our bank account. We've had the bank account frozen. This is a confirmed fraud. My partner's card was cloned and used to do this. Searching this number reveals it's been defrauding since last year. Why hasn't 02 closed it down?

This has been going on for as long as I can remember and always the maximum £30

It is actually quite difficult to close things down especially as most people don't report these things, Also report the fraud to your bank, and they can identify the merchant that cloned your partners card and then take action against them.
