France and Switzerland

Hi,

Can I use my basic (not international) Pay as you go bundle SIM when in France and Switzerland ?  does it include data and calls at same rate as in UK ?

Yes you can. Just use the phone as you would at home.

I think Switzerland is considered outside of Europ and pay as you go customers pay 4.99 a day ??

France is as in the UK.  This as per the website. o2Travel

I checked today and Switzerland is NO LONGER on the list of countries included in roaming for some plans not just pay as you go

Instead it is back to the 1.99 a day pool

There is not trace in news or announcements of when these changes were made

Switzerland IS included for Pay monthly customers ...though not for PAYG

It's still there in the link I showed @jonsie though not for PAYG customers. It's the same as it was way back in January when I gave my first answer to the post...?
