Forgotten my log in and security details for Pay as you account

So far, I’m drawing a complete blank on getting help from customer services in trying to access my account. I’ve forgotten the log in and security details. Can anyone give me details on customer service for payg?  Many thanks.

Customer Services can be contacted on 4445 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Thank you. I’ll have to try late this evening and hope someone answers. I found it somewhat unusual that the agent on ‘live chat’ wouldn’t help just because I’m a payg customer!
