Forbidden access to rewards

When I try to access my rewards page to save what I have acquired so far. I put my number in to gain access but then the page will state 

Forbidden 

You do not have permission to access the requested resource.

Why has it started to do this?

It could be that they are doing maintenance work on the rewards pages, so the best thing to do is call Customer Services Guide: How to find help & contact O2
