Hi. Accidentally I have droped my phone into the water. Drained it and now it keep showing rebooting page but doesnt do anything. Can I take it to O2 to have a look if it can be fixed?

You can take it to O2 but they will charge you as water damage isn't covered by warranty.
Water damage is usually terminal anyway and repairs not cost effective.
Claiming on insurance, if you have it, would be the best way to go.
