Have looked at the ways to make first off top up, but none work. Neither on line, mobile, landline. All reject my Debit and Credit cards. Bank tells me there are no probs with them. Whats the way to do it ? Even the online chat bloke can't help.

@OwenHales the first top up must be done at either an ATM or via a voucher.

After that, your card will work online.

Just got back from my local OneStop where I bought a voucher and Bingo - its works ! Why couldn't 2 online "help" chatters tell me this during 90 minutes of pain today and yesterday ?

Training required somewhere ?

Tks those who did help

O2 tend to deny that a voucher is required for first top up @OwenHales

We know better.

Now you have made your first top up you will be able to register your cards online and top up that way from now on. Best of luck.
