Account (REMOVED)
I've received a final bill demand for £0.45 but can't access payment via MyO2 as number disconnected and no existing DD. Please give O2 phone number so I can make payment by card.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Thanks for the numbers - finally reached customer service after 90 mins wait, only to be informed that I will have to go nearest O2 shop to pay by card!

First I've heard of that.
I would ring the shop before you go just to make sure they can take the payment

@Isleofdogs Whether you can pay in an O2 shop or you are eventually able to pay over the phone, don't ignore it. Make sure the bill gets paid. O2 have been known to ruin credit ratings for amounts as small as that if a final bill isn't settled.

Bank transfer is the answer and then you have verification of your payment on your bank statement. Waste of time going to the O2 shop as they don't take bill payments and have the same issues trying to get a resolution from their own Customer Service dept (on phone for 45 mins before giving up ).

I’m in exactly the same boat..so I’m going to a store to sort it out
it’s actually quite ridiculous

Your choice, but I would have thought that a bank transfer was the answer for a one-off payment and a direct debit would be preferable if you are taking about recurring monthly payments.
