I am switching two phone to O2 using SIMs ordered by post and I got the same ""It looks like this offer isn't for you" message. What should I do?

Hi @Nickjt

Originally this issue was due to a batch of faulty sims which we thought was fixed long ago. I will tag our community admin to the post to see if they can advise.

I never believed the faulty batch of sims excuse in the first place. Another case of à promotion not programmed into the system when the resident monkey had gone off seeking bananas. ...
