FREE10 not working

Hi,

 

I recently got the international pay as you go sim and topped up 11 pounds. However I'm unable to claim the extra free 10 pound credit. 

I've tried to send the text multiple times and it simply replies with the "we are processing" text, and then a "sorry but you need to top up at least 10 pound" message.

I know for sure that the 11 pound applied as the balance popup I receive after sending a message states 11 pounds.

 

Any suggestions?
