Hi,
From searching and reading past posts, I see that there was an issue with a batch of sims and the FREE10 offer. I thought this was fixed. However, I have just activated and topped up my sim today and upon texting FREE10 to 21500, it replied back saying that this offer isn't for me! This is despite me getting emails from O2 about this offer!
Your help is greatly appreciated.

the free 10 code never works, you have to call customer services on 4445 and they will apply the credit manually.

It would be helpful to know whether, as suggested, this works at all.
According to one of the posts above, one poster always has to call CS so they can apply it manually.
