I was supposed to have up to 15mb of data for 3 months when I joined o2. It's not showing up on my account. This was an extra bonus. Also £10 free credit if I text free10 to them. The reply I got was this offer is not for you. Two things promised but not given. Anyone have an answer for this? Thanks.
