Hi so i got this text message

“O2: Fancy an extra £3 credit?
To get it, just top-up any amount once before 01/11/2022.
After your top-up we'll send a text to confirm when your credit's on its way.
To top-up now with a credit or debit card, call 4444 free or visit https://www.o2.co.uk/topup”

I did top up today 30/10/2022 but I didn’t get a text message about my extra credit? Does anyone know when I could receive it?
