Extra allowance

Hello all, was wondering if there is an answer to this. I was sent a text from O2, saying if I topped up on the 4th of December, I would get an increased allowance for the month, to include texts, minutes and data. So far, this has not happened.

It is usually added as a virtual allowance which is used first before your normal allowances.

Hello, it was an addition incentive, so I should get extra data, texts and calls. I have now spoken to O2, and they have cleared this up. It does not get activated for up to 36 hours.
