Always keep getting Error Code 500 when I try to top-up the Sim Card, without this I cannot use the phone - is there a solution?

@jonsiewrote:

To be honest I don't see the point of big bundles on payandgo as you have to top up each month so you may as well take out a 30 day sim only.

I never understood why they brought out big bundles. Kind of defeats the purpose of pay as you go

The main reason of PAYG is to control overspend and eliminate the risk of running up a huge bill, either deliberately or accidentally.

The bundle allowances make it an attractive proposition to top up every month and so the network benefits too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
